The Velar has these gorgeous super high definition displays down the center front and a driver display with similar visibility and nearly a thousand display options. I liken being in a well-equipped P380 (supercharged V6 with 380 horsepower) R-Dynamic SE to being in a spaceship with wheels.

It has taken a few weeks of YouTube video watching and trial to learn most of the Velar’s features. The one I bought may be missing an option or two (I was going to buy the top version Meridian sound system with 1725-Watts amplifier power - got the next one below with 825-Watts) but I am thrilled. The pandemic made it possible for me to buy an almost new one (15,200 miles one owner) a year sooner so I did it in impulse. I felt like I was riding in my living room (only with a better sound system) so I decided then and there (and after studying sales literature) that I would work towards buying a new Velar (ordered with everything I wanted on it) in 2021. Last year (2019) I was driven home from our local Land Rover dealer in a new Velar (I had dropped off my daughter’s Land Rover LR2 for service). I am biased so factor that in when digesting this.

This team was a absolute pleasure to work with. You see what you get, where the extra fees are for, what features you get, and the coverage is amazing. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new.

Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this. I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. The family owners and staff truly go above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome and appreciated, and I am grateful for the wonderful experience I had there. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions, and they made sure that I was comfortable with every step of the process. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured or rushed, and I could tell that the staff genuinely cared about my satisfaction. They were warm and welcoming, and they went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with my purchase.
